The Perfect Sacrifice - Simeon and Jebbaj lyrics

Duet: Holy blessed Father You knew the end from the beginning You had me in mind Before the world began You made a total commitment The price of the cross With the holy currency of Your blood

Chorus

The price, the perfect sacrifice The price, fulfilled the demand for condemnation The price, declared us free and justified

The sacrifice is renewed in our hearts No greater love than this We bless You, Lord

Verse 2

All: Lord, You secured for us Your will of justice to reign on earth And made the Holy Spirit our present advocate The oasis of Your love Is expressed in the price Of the vicarious death on the cross

Bridge

All: Oh, what a life Of liberty You gave Irrevocably, consecrated by Your blood Your pleasure in us Is our satisfaction The joy of Your presence Is more than the whole wide world
