Never Leave You Alone lyrics

Verse 1 Come away with me, my friend Let me introduce you To someone who loves you More than anyone else He is love personified So gentle, patient, and faithful He's your safe place of shelter. From the scorching heat of life's problems His love for you is perfect and complete Even when your father and your mother forsake you He will always be with you Chorus He'll never leave you alone He'll never leave you alone Friends may turn their backs on you But He'll never leave you alone He's always there when you call Closer than your breath Friends may turn their backs on you But He'll never leave you alone Verse 2 There's been so much trouble in your life Like one naked to extreme weathers Scorching heats and freezing colds Unbearable, every which way You've spent your life looking for safety The safest hideouts and most secured places Built by man cannot provide, The peace, security, and safety for your soul Which is only found in Christ Chorus He'll never leave you alone He'll never leave you alone Friends may turn their backs on you But He'll never leave you alone He's always there when you call Closer than your breath Friends may turn their backs on you But He'll never leave you alone Bridge Jesus is your place of joy, peace and safety He's the friend that never leaves or abandons But lives within your heart Trust in His love Jesus is your place of joy, peace and safety He's the friend that never leaves or abandons But lives within your heart Trust in His Word Chorus He will never leave you alone He'll never leave you alone Friends may turn their backs on you But He'll never leave you alone He's always there when you call Closer than your breath Friends may turn their backs on you But He'll never leave you alone Friends may turn their backs on you But He'll never leave Never leave Never leave you alone
